 Our most economical standard Copper Braid Rope and Tinned Copper Braid Rope are made from 0.20 diameter wire and are braided into a tube followed by a rolling process.

 Copper Braid Rope and Tinned Copper Braid Rope are available with plain, tinned, nickel-plated or silver-plated surfaces, depending on your application.

 Copper Braid Rope and Tinned Copper Braid Rope stand out by being highly twist-free and having a compact cutting surface, which is important for your problem-free further processing. Our  Copper Braid Rope and Tinned Copper Braid Rope can be woven with a left or right hand twist. Round, stranded copper flexible are used in welding and power equipment for electrical components such as switches as well as to conduct welding current (welding tools, robots and lines).These can be made from electrolytic copper Cu-ETP (grade C101) or from oxygen free copper

Flexible Copper Braid and Flexible Tinned Copper Braid made of many copper wires are also sometimes used for flexible electrical connections between large components. The numerous smaller wires comprising the Flexible Copper Braid and Flexible Tinned Copper Braid are much more resistant to breaking under repeated motion and vibration than is a cable of larger wires.

In electrical and electronic cables, braid is a tubular sheath made of braided strands of metal placed around a central cable for shielding against electromagnetic interference. The braid is grounded while the central conductor or conductors carry the signal.

Another use is for lit wire which uses Flexible Copper Braid and Flexible Tinned Copper Braid of thin insulated wires to carry high frequency signals with much lower losses from skin effect or to minimise proximity effect in transformers.
